Borrow & Return

  • The books in the reading room can be read and only general books are available for borrowing.
  • Must bring student identification card for borrowing books.
  • The borrowed book should be returned before due date. In case of overdue, 100 won will be charged for a book per day.
  • Returning after library hours must go into the return box.

Renew the book rental period

  • Renewable only once (You can borrow the book 7 more days from the requesting date.)
  • Overdue book cannot be renewed.
  • Visit or call for renewal. The library homepage is also available.

Overdue and fines

  • Overdue imposes 100 won per book
  • Lost and damage of book should be reimbursed by the same book.
  • If the identical book is not available, it will be reimbursed by the book designated by the person in charge.

DVD Zone

  • Space for movies and DVDs
  • In order to use DVD Zone in 1F, borrow DVD from 3F Main reading room (Stay at the DVD Zone in 3F to use freely)

Three study rooms (two rooms for six, one room for ten)

  • Room for six: reserve for 3 or more people
  • Room for ten: reserve for 5 or more people

How to use

  • Book the study rooms by visiting the library homepage, calling the organization or visiting in person
  • Available for those who booked the same day or three days before
  • These rooms are for group study and discussion. The rooms for six only accept three or more people and the room for ten only accept five or more people (Every user’s student ID number required)
  • Two hours are provided and extension of use is allowed just for once unless next reservation exists.
  • Reservation is automatically cancelled after 20 minutes
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, cancel the reservation for next user.
  • Food and drink are not allowed for pleasant environment
  • Personal belongings are subject to individual responsibility and any damage to the library facility should be compensated.

How to request

  • My Library → Visit the request page and enter bibliographic data (title*, author*, publisher*, year of publication, etc) (* item are required)
  • Provide ISBN information of book as possible.
  • Incorrect information may lead to delay or even cancellation of the procedure
  • Press the search for holding materials button after filling the application form. If the requested material is already in the library or in the process of acquisition, cancel the request.
  • Domestic material will be available after one month but overseas material will take 1 – 3 months.

View requested material & cancel the request

  • Go to My Library → Material request → Material in process in order to see the material request list.
  • Click the cancel button to cancel the request

Notes on request

  • Be sure to check the material to request is already held first.
  • In order to inform the result, personal information such as email address or phone number should be correct. Check and modify your personal information at My Library → Personal information modification
  • If the requested material is considered to have little academic value or value of possession, it will be omitted from the acquisition list.
